E-Sign Act Disclosure and Agreement

Introduction

This Electronic Signature Disclosure and Agreement (the “Agreement”) is intended to provide you with important information required before you agree to sign electronically and conduct business transactions electronically with A&E Tire Recycling, LLC (the “Company”). Please read this Agreement carefully and keep a copy for your records as it contains important information about your rights and obligations. This Agreement is made pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the “E-Sign Act”), 15 U.S.C. §7001, and other applicable law. See 2001 E-SIGN Act.

Scope of Consent

By clicking the “I Agree” button or similar button, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in your transactions with Company, including but not limited to your agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This consent applies to all transactions between you and Company.

Electronic Delivery of Documents

You agree that we may provide you with any communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other documents (collectively, “Communications”) electronically. We will provide these Communications to you by posting them on our website, through email, or by other electronic means. You should maintain copies of all Communications for your records.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

• A computer or mobile device with internet access.
• A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome).
• A valid email address.
• Sufficient storage space to save Communications or the capability to print the Communications from your device.

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at admin (at) ae-tirerecycling.com. If you withdraw your consent, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after a reasonable period of time to process your request. If you withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior Communications delivered electronically will not be affected.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with a current email address and other contact information to ensure you receive all Communications. You can update your contact information by updating your account settings on our website or by contacting us using the appropriate support channels, phone, email, or our web-form.

Legal Effect

Your consent to electronic signatures and Communications applies to all transactions between you and Company. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature, and the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your electronic signature or any resulting contract between you and Company.

Acceptance and Consent

By clicking “I Agree” or similar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. You also confirm that you are able to access and retain electronic Communications and meet the hardware and software requirements described above.
